Corporate Regulatory Associate

Am Law top 100 and ranked a Top 10 M&A firm across all industries is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Fintech practice.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of regulatory and payments law experience, including working on money transmission licensing. Experience with, or affinity for blockchain technology companies and cryptocurrency is a positive. CA, DC, NY or WA bar preferred, but not required. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills a must.
