Key Responsibilities

• Run assigned shifts and ensure restaurant operations meet McDonald’s standards
• Lead, train, and motivate crew members
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every customer
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are followed
• Manage cash handling, drawers, and shift paperwork
• Handle customer concerns in a professional and positive manner
• Support opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred (McDonald’s experience a plus)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
