Corporate Mergers & Aquisitions Associate Attorney

A Corporate law firm with international reach seeks a corporate mergers & acquisitions associate for its Greenville, SC office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 to 6 years of corporate transactional experience focusing on mergers & acquisitions in a large regional or national law firm.
Experience with private fundraising, private equity financing, and other complex business transactions representing both buyers and sellers.
Experience managing a variety of transactions, and drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transaction documents.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Academic excellence are a must.
Licensed in South Carolina or be willing to take the next available bar exam.
