**Job Description:**
- Contract Guarantee: 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments (excluding on-call time)
- Shift: 10H Days
- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Includes Call Rotation
- Required Certifications:
- ARRT
- BLS-AHA
- Flu Vaccine: Required during onboarding (declinations not accepted)
- Active MA License: Required at time of submission or obtained during onboarding
- Locals: Not considered (must be more than 50 miles from the facility)
- Interview and Offer: Directly with the Manager
- Separation Period: Must be separated from prior employment for a minimum of 6 months (permanent, per diem, travel)
- Float Requirement: No
- Contract Duration: 91 Weeks
