Required Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and WI PT license
Education: Masters/DPT
Minimum Experience: N/A - General PT/ Ortho skills
Charting Experience: Epic Preferred
Unit Specific Skillset: 8-10 patients/8 hr Day -able to treat wide variety of conditions in a busy outpatient rural clinic mixed ortho, all age ranges (no pediatrics beyond basic ortho), some neuro.
Business Casual Attire.
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely
Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times.
