Merchandiser - Now Hiring

Location: Gulfport, Mississippi and surrounding areas (including Long Beach, Gulfport, Biloxi, Baton Rouge, LA, Pensacola, FL, and nearby territories)

• Starting pay: $10.00 per hour

We are seeking motivated and dependable Route Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This position involves servicing convenience stores throughout the Gulf Coast region, building relationships with store owners and managers, restocking products, and increasing sales within assigned territories.

• Travel to convenience stores within assigned routes throughout Mississippi, Louisiana, and Florida.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store owners and managers.
• Promote and sell company products to convenience stores.
• Restock and merchandise products on store shelves and displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are properly presented.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand product placement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to retail partners.

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Preferred vehicle types include a larger sedan, crossover, mini-SUV, or SUV.
• Comfortable driving routes within approximately 1–2 hours of Gulfport, Mississippi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
• Ability to lift and carry products as needed for restocking.

• Full-time position
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Six days per week (weekend availability required)
• Additional compensation available for weekend work
