Pay & Bonuses

• Average Weekly Pay: $1800 - $2200
• Home Every 2 Weeks
• Weekly Home Time Available if driver lives near Milwaukee, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Missouri, Dallas-Fort-Worth, Houston/East Texas or Louisiana (2500 miles/week)
• OTR 2 Weeks Out - Drivers can go longer if they prefer (2800+ miles/week)
• Average miles/week: 2500 - 3000
• Tarp pay: $80
• Stop pay: $30
• Detention pay: $22/hour (after 1 hour)
• Safety performance bonus: Up to $375 per quarter
• Referral bonus: $2,000
• Longevity bonuses: Starting after 1 year
• Down time pay available

Equipment

• 2024 & 2026 Freightliner Cascadias
• Governed at 70 MPH
• Equipped with Inverters and Refrigerators
• Memory foam mattresses for driver comfort

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL License
• 1 Year Verifiable Class A Driving Experience
• Minimum 6 months Flatbed Experience
• Must meet FMCSA/DOT compliance
• Must be at least 23 years old
