Seeking an experienced CNA for elder care near Porters Neck in Wilmington for my mother in her 80s with vascular dementia and impacts from a stroke. She have in home support from early hospice care. My parents live together and my father has been the primary caregiver and we now need more support. Work includes: -Reposition her in hospital bed. -Check her diaper and change as needed. Change clothes and bedding as needed. -Help with daily grooming. -Help transition her to a wheel chair on a daily basis. -Give her bed baths
