Condo Beach Crew Attendant

Job Type: Seasonal / Part-Time
Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends & Holidays Required

Sandpiper Condominiums is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Beach Crew Team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests while enhancing their beach experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down beach umbrellas and chairs for guests
• Monitor the boardwalk and beach area for trash and debris
• Maintain cleanliness of the boardwalk by sweeping, shoveling, or washing away sand
• Clean and restock ground floor restrooms
• Check parking lots and common areas for trash and cleanliness
• Assist with retrieving and delivering ice to the Front Desk
• Support overall property upkeep and guest experience

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment (chairs, canopies, bags of ice, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others
