PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known customer engagement and contact center solutions provider in Blue Bell, PA.

We are now hiring Licensed Health Insurance Representatives who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Licensed Health Insurance Representative

• $20.00 - $21.50/hour
• Flexible 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• Bonus and commission opportunities
• Temp-to-hire opportunity
• Voluntary overtime available

Representative Responsibilities

• Educate customers on healthcare insurance plans and coverage options
• Assist members in selecting plans that fit their needs
• Answer questions regarding benefits, claims, and coverage
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment

Representative Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active Pennsylvania Health Insurance License (Accident & Health)
• Call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills (Client expectation)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
