Lead Installation Technician - Position is in Hickory NC

Lead Technician role establishes and maintains electronic security on various systems for both new and existing clients. Position responsible for installing, troubleshooting and maintaining low voltage systems to include intrusion, fire, access control, and video for commercial markets.

• Prepare equipment for the job factoring in site design, communicate with co workers and clients to meet schedule deadlines.
• Install cabling and equipment, program, test, troubleshoot and maintain low voltage systems according to requirments. Document site cabling and components.
• Program cloud solutions for low voltage systems, assist end users with training.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Represent Company in a professional image, be responsible, positive attitude!
• Lead others, perform additional duties as assigned
• Have a clean driving record
• Full time position Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm with occasional after hours work
