Service Coordinator — Syracuse, NY

Comfort Windows & Doors is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team and assist with service requests from our customers throughout the Syracuse, NY area.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and coordinate product and installation service needs.
• Schedule and coordinate service technicians.
• Order, receive, inspect, and track service parts and materials.
• Assist with scheduling and ordering new products.
• Organize and maintain an accurate inventory of service parts.
• Prepare and organize all necessary parts and materials for scheduled service appointments.
• Perform other administrative and office duties as assigned by management.
• Residential construction experience or knowledge is a plus.
