We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team! As the School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the school bus while adhering to a strict schedule and ensuring your passengers’ well-being. The ideal candidate has a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and previous experience as a bus driver or has completed bus driver training. If you have an impeccable driving record, high safety standards, and enjoy being around children, we want to hear from you!
Exploration Nation LLC. is seeking an experienced Bus Driver to transport students and/or adults to after school programs and weekend enrichment activities. This is a part-time opportunity for a professional Independent Contractor to support PGCPS and DCPS K-12 schools.
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off students at designated bus stops
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus in a safe manner
- Engage with students in a friendly and courteous manner
Qualifications
- CDL permit with school bus and passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to follow GPS directions and assigned routes
