Job Description
CNC Machinist
· Hands on support for Machining department with 8 CNC Machines.
· Tebis Programming software is used for all 2d and 3d programming.
· We are willing to train if some previous experience programming on other software.
· Utilize skills and experience to contribute to machining department throughput and growth.
· Support all aspects of production and product flow through machining department.
· Ensure Quality conformance.
· Support production staging, setup changes and schedule attainment.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· 3 years minimum experience as Programming CNC Machinist in Mold or Die Industry.
· 3d and 2d experience highly preferred.
· Setup experience required.
· Injection Mold Tooling experience preferred.
· Experience with Steel and Aluminum preferred.
CNC Programing experience required, willing to train on new software with min 3 yrs. of previous experience.
5 Day work week, No weekends.
Midwest Mold Services is a privately owned, Full-Service Mold Shop. We design and build Plastic injection Molds and run molds for Low Volume Production parts.
Currently employ 31 full-time employees.
