Supervision of Bus Attendants/Monitors:
- Oversee the daily activities and performance of other bus attendants/monitors.
- Ensure all bus attendants/monitors comply with company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to new bus attendants/monitors.
Route Management:
- Assist in planning and optimizing bus routes for efficiency and safety.
- Monitor and report any issues related to route management.
Safety and Compliance:
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Report any safety concerns to management promptly.
- Ensure all bus attendants/monitors are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between bus attendants/monitors and management.
- Communicate any changes in policies or procedures to bus attendants/monitors.
- Facilitate regular meetings with bus attendants/monitors to address concerns and updates.
Incident Reporting:
- Manage and document any incidents that occur during routes.
- Coordinate with management and appropriate authorities in case of emergencies.
Performance Evaluation:
- Assist in the performance evaluation process for bus attendants/monitors.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to improve performance.
