Pharmacy Operations Coordinator

Oxford Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Operations Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with a healthcare services organization in Robinson Township, Pittsburgh, PA. This fully onsite role supports pharmacy partners and internal teams with shipment coordination, billing and operational escalations, and incident resolution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of pharmacy experience, including hands-on experience resolving third-party pharmacy claims.

Location: Onsite – Robinson Township, Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: 10:00am–6:00pm or 12:00pm–8:00pm EST, plus rotating Saturdays (9:00am–5:00pm EST) 

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for external pharmacy partners regarding shipping, billing, and operational issues.
• Monitor pending orders and resolve shipment delays, reshipments, and other processing escalations.
• Partner with pharmacists and internal teams to resolve billing, inventory, and order-related issues.
• Coordinate shipping and routing information with pharmacy partners.
• Investigate and document patient- and pharmacy-reported incidents.
• Identify process improvements that support timely, accurate pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of pharmacy experience required.
• Demonstrated experience resolving third-party pharmacy claims required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and work effectively across multiple teams.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex systems quickly.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Previous mentoring or employee training experience is a plus.
