This position will be responsible for the performance of all mechanics and ensuring that all follow company policies.

• Perform maintenance on the vehicles
• Maintain the preventative maintenance schedule for every vehicle in fleet
• Routine oil changes, tire rotation, fluid changes, battery inspections, electrical system testing, brake inspections and replacement.
• Clean mechanic work area
• Responsible for emergency repairs of all vehicles
• Ensure compliance with MTI maintenance policies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalency and three years work experience as a mechanic. Should have the ability to diagnose mechanical problems and make repairs. Knowledge of standard materials, tools and equipment and skill in the use and care of tools.

3-5 years of work experience as a mechanic. Should have the ability to diagnose mechanical problems and make repairs. Knowledge of standard materials, tools and equipment and skill in the use and care of tools.
