HVAC Service Manager / HVAC Operations Manager / Service Supervisor

Location: San Antonio, TX
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 + benefits

A leading residential HVAC services provider is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager / HVAC Operations Manager / Service Supervisor to oversee and develop a high-performing service team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC leader who enjoys developing technicians, improving operational processes, and driving service excellence. The successful candidate will take ownership of daily service operations, supporting field teams while ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.

HVAC Service Manager / HVAC Operations Manager / Service Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of residential HVAC service technicians.
• Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach technicians on diagnostics, troubleshooting, technical performance, and best practices.
• Support complex service calls and provide technical leadership when required.
• Monitor key performance indicators including efficiency, callbacks, revenue, safety, and customer experience.
• Improve processes to increase operational performance and technician success.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of HVAC professionals.
• Work closely with leadership teams to support business growth and service improvements.

HVAC Service Manager / HVAC Operations Manager / Service Supervisor Requirements:

• 7+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Previous experience leading or supervising HVAC technicians.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, controls, repairs, and diagnostics.
• Proven ability to mentor and motivate field technicians.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

HVAC Service Manager / HVAC Operations Manager / Service Supervisor Preferred:

• Texas HVAC licensing or relevant state certification.
• NATE certification.
• Experience with HVAC service management software.
• Previous experience managing a high-volume residential service department.
