HR Generalist - 2nd Shift

The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's human resources functions. This position will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services, including employee relations and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 1:00pm to 10:00pm with occasional overtime and possible shift change due to coverage and operational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to policies, procedures, and benefits
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including complaints and disciplinary actions as assigned by HR Manager
• Assist with the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and training
• Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities
• Maintain employee records, including personnel files and timekeeping
• Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports
• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed not limited to event planning
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a HR related role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work day shift for orientation, training, and as needed to cover HR needs required
