Position Summary
We are seeking a highly technical and entrepreneurial Electrical Operations Manager to lead the growth and execution of our client's U.S. electrical services business. This individual will be responsible for driving operations, project execution, estimating, business development, recruitment, and customer relationships across multiple electrical market sectors, with a strong emphasis on power generation. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires the ability to wear multiple hats and help build a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will possess deep electrical construction and commissioning expertise, a strong industry network, and a proven track record of developing teams, winning work, and delivering projects safely and profitably.

This individual will be responsible for driving operations, project execution, estimating, business development, recruitment, and customer relationships across multiple electrical market sectors, with a strong emphasis on power generation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow existing U.S. Electrical Division.
- Develop and execute strategy for expanding electrical services across power generation, industrial, renewable energy, utility, and EPC markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, utilities, and industry partners.
- Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing electrical project teams.
- Leverage existing industry network to quickly scale manpower resources and project execution capabilities.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, schedules, and execution plans for new opportunities.
- Provide oversight and leadership for electrical construction, commissioning, maintenance, and turnaround projects.
- Support business development efforts, client presentations, and project pursuits.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Mentor project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of electrical construction, commissioning, maintenance, or power generation experience.
- Strong technical background in medium-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing electrical projects and operations.
- Proven success building teams and developing business relationships.
- Established network of electrical professionals, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Experience in estimating, project management, staffing, and business development.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety programs, quality requirements, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
