A growing quick-service burger concept is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations at a high-volume location.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and career growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Help drive sales growth and overall profitability
• Train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
• Help create a strong culture of accountability and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift
• Step in to lead the operation when the General Manager is absent

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• AGM, Shift Leader, or strong Assistant Manager experience preferred
• Quick-service or fast-casual experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing labor and food cost controls
• Hands-on, high-energy leadership style
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
