Refrigerant Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking an entry level Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reclaim and recovery daily at different jobs sites, as well as, in-shop duties. The Refrigeration Technician will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all refrigeration equipment operates efficiently and effectively. Training courses will be provided.

Duties

• Travel to job sites daily to carry out reclaim and recovery services for refrigerant and other specialty gases as needed.
• Provide exceptional service and customer support to all clients.
• Identify additional opportunities for service, gas buy-back program, and refrigerant spot buy sales to meet or exceed territory targets.
• Submit daily work orders
• Take proper care of your assigned vehicle by keeping it clean, in good condition, and maintained
• Work safely, and ensure you and others adhere to safety standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• EPA Certification, a plus
