What You'll Do

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across residential and commercial roofing projects
• Deliver competitive estimates and clear, professional proposals
• Research your market to uncover new leads and opportunities
• Build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners
• Sharpen your skills through ongoing sales meetings and training
• Follow up with clients through project completion to drive satisfaction and repeat business

What You Bring

• Proven sales experience, roofing or construction industry preferred
• Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing your own schedule
• A track record of hitting or beating sales targets
• Roofing product knowledge is a plus, not a requirement
