Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, teardown, inspect, and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions to exact specifications
• Inspect internal hard/soft components, valve bodies, solenoid packs, and torque converters
• Utilize modern diagnostic scan tools to troubleshoot electronic and hydraulic transmission controls
• Review required parts lists for rebuilds directly with the Centre Manager
• Ensure precise assembly and strictly adhere to shop quality control and safety procedures

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience rebuilding automotive transmissions
• Strong diagnostic capability with modern electronic and computer-controlled transmissions
• Mandatory: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Mandatory: Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions
• Mandatory: Reliable daily commute to the Milton shop location
• Asset: Owning your own workbench hand tools and specialty rebuild tools
