Equipment Repair Technician

The Equipment repair Technician will perform troubleshooting, and repairs to MOC automotive equipment. Technical aptitude and people skills are a must. This is a hands-on position requiring ability to identify and correct mechanical issues.

Equipment Repair Technician Job Responsibilities:

· Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving all possible MOC automotive equipment issues in a professional and timely manner

· Perform troubleshooting, and repairs to MOC automotive equipment

· Drive company vehicle to customer locations for machine repairs as needed

· Escalates all problems and issues to management when necessary

· Follow company’s field procedures and protocols

Equipment Repair Technician Qualifications and Experience:

. Must be 25 years of age

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience

· Automotive Experience is a plus

· Must be mechanically inclined. Familiar with hand tools.

· Must have 12V DC experience

· Ability to work with little supervision

· Proven customer service skills are a must

· Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction in English. Ability to write simple correspondence.

· Basic mathematical skills

· Driver’s license and clean driving record required
