Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Marietta, GA
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Position Requirements

• MUST be able to work every other Saturday
• MUST be comfortable working on Holidays & OT
• MUST be physically able to work rotating in their retail shop, including standing while in retail
• MUST be able to upsell and find ways to increase the sale while providing a personable customer experience
• • Example: If on the phone with a customer looking at various floral options, mention similar floral options that could increase the sale
  • Offer hand-written cards with their order, etc.
• A background check is required due to receiving credit card information by phone

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have their own reliable transportation to our offices and ability to report to work no later than 8:00 a.m.
• Comfortable selling high-end products (average price is $175 at the holiday)
• Friendly phone voice; cheerful smile must come through the voice during the phone interview — MOST IMPORTANT
• Clear enunciation and energetic voice
• Service ethic with empathy and compassion for customers
• High-energy personality
• Comfortable selling brand high-end service as opposed to commodity SKU-type sales
