District Manager

District Manger Trainee starting salary $95k with a $5k sign on bonus. Company car is provided.

District Managers have complete responsibility of million-dollar operations of up to 6 stores. You will complete a 44-week training program. You will work closely with store managers to deliver operational excellence. The company plans to add 800 new stores by 2028, which will provide you with the professional development and promotional opportunities.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree is required.
• Problem solving skills, and organizational skills.
• Conflict Management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Good at developing relationships with internal and external staff.
• Good at setting and accomplishing goals.
