SERVICE WRITER/ADMINISTRATOR

Matthews Buses, Inc., one of the nation’s largest school/commercial bus dealers in the United States, with 4 New York locations, has an opening for a Service Writer/Administrator at our Ballston Spa location.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure customers receive consistent, timely and accurate customer service
• Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communication with techs, drivers, parts, and office staff
• Knowledge and experience with automotive dealer software systems
• Minimum of 5-years’experience in service management
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
