Sales Manager (Ladies Western Wear)

Job Title: General Sales Manager
Location: Dallas, TX 75229
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
• Every other Saturday, 8:00am – 3:00pm (30-minute lunch)

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Range: $27–$37 per hour (based on experience)

Staffing for Texans is seeking an experienced and motivated General Sales Manager to join our team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual with proven Sales and B2B experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong management and leadership abilities
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the office regarding orders
• Work collaboratively and effectively within a team
• Oversee online inside sales and tradeshow sales operations
• Show initiative, drive, and a proactive approach to achieving objectives

Qualifications

• Bilingual required
• Sales experience, including B2B, required
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt to a dynamic environment
