Couriers Driver

The Courier Driver is responsible for efficiently picking up and delivering packages across the Greater Houston/Galveston area using their personal vehicle. This role requires someone familiar with local routes or able to effectively follow GPS directions. The driver will handle packages weighing between 1 to 35 pounds from both local businesses and personal residences while maintaining clear communication and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Navigate routes accurately using GPS on Android or iPhone devices
• Pick up packages from local businesses and personal residences
• Deliver packages safely and on time
• Interact professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules
• Follow directions precisely to ensure accurate deliveries

Qualifications

• Have Standard size SUV, small Van or cargo van
• 1+ years of experience in delivery driving
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficient with GPS navigation
• Strong time management skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Pass Drug Screening & Criminal Background check
