General Manager - Fast-Food Restaurant Operations

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service drive-in restaurant in Lafayette, Louisiana.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a proven restaurant operator who understands that being a General Manager means owning the business, not simply managing shifts. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for financial performance, operational execution, team development, guest satisfaction, and restaurant growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in a high-volume drive-in quick-service restaurant environment and can demonstrate measurable success improving operations, developing teams, controlling costs, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Business Performance

• Take ownership of the restaurant's P&L and overall financial performance.
• Manage food and labor costs to achieve profitability goals.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve restaurant profitability and sales growth.
• Demonstrate true business ownership and accountability for results.

Operations & Brand Execution

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Ensure exceptional speed of service and operational execution.
• Maintain consistent food quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Ensure all brand standards and operational procedures are followed.
• Respond quickly and effectively to operational challenges.

Team Leadership & Development

• Hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members.
• Build a strong leadership team and create opportunities for advancement.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, retention, and employee accountability.
• Establish clear expectations and maintain a positive, high-performance culture.

Guest Experience

• Drive guest satisfaction through excellent service and operational consistency.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a strong focus on hospitality and customer experience.

Required Experience

Candidates must have:

• Current or former General Manager experience within the same high-volume drive-in quick-service restaurant concept, OR
• Current Assistant General Manager experience within the same concept, with demonstrated readiness to step into a General Manager role.

Direct management experience within this specific drive-in restaurant brand is required.

Candidates without direct brand management experience should not be considered unless specifically approved.
