Starting Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour depending on experience. Higher earning potential with specialized skills.

Helitech is seeking an experienced and motivated Poly Foreman to lead poly injection and soil stabilization projects.

Qualifications for an Ideal Candidate

• Safely operate tools, pumps, injection equipment, and machinery
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to changing jobsite conditions and schedules
• Dependable, motivated, and safety-focused
• Ability to train and supervise crew members

Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Lead poly injection crews on residential projects
• Review project specifications and prepare materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform polyurethane foam injection for lifting, void filling, and soil stabilization
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Complete job documentation and reports
• Communicate with customers throughout projects
• Maintain equipment and maximize crew productivity
• Train and develop crew members

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction, foundation repair, concrete lifting, or related experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Experience with polyurethane injection preferred
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver license required
• CDL is a plus
