Tufting Machine Operator

The Production Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality custom products. This role includes assisting with machine setup, loading materials, threading, performing basic machine adjustments, inspecting products for quality, and completing production documentation. Operators follow detailed work instructions, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and wear required PPE at all times. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous factory experience is required
