Paralegal/Litigation Personal Injury Office located in Clifton, NJ. is looking for individual with 2 to 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

Familiar with Drafting & E-Filing Complaints/Answers, Discovery, Depositions, Calendar, Order Medical Records, IME appointments. Speaking with clients & Insurance Company. Discovery Demands, Motions, E mail, Closing Documents. File Review, Tracking Discovery End Dates.

PIP Applications. Open Mail. Letter of Protection.

Manage a caseload of over 80 active personal injury cases. Manage case files from inception through trial and or settlement stage.

Must be able to Speak Spanish and English. This is an on Site Position
