Hvac Service Technician Residential

Experienced HVAC Technician 

Seeking an experienced HVAC service technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally with customers, and can complete technical repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Service residential HVAC systems including split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and mini-splits

• Repair and sometimes replace existing equipment 

• Troubleshoot existing equipment

• Install line sets, drain systems, electrical disconnects, and related components

• Start up and test equipment to ensure proper operation

• Verify airflow, refrigerant charge, and system performance

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Complete paperwork and job documentation accurately

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential service Technician

• Strong knowledge of HVAC practices and Arizona building standards

• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC units of varying make and model.

• EPA Certification required

• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in Arizona weather conditions, attics, and rooftops

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with heat pumps and high-efficiency systems

• NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
