Service Manager

The perfect candidate will have some technical knowledge and experience with powersports products but leading 3 to 4 technicians and providing good customer service are the most important attributes. This position consists of scheduling customer appointments, assigning work to technicians, completing billing for repair orders, filing warranty claims and being the leader of the department.
