An exceptional hospitality destination in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join its restaurant leadership team.

The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, guest experience, and operational performance.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing restaurant managers and front-of-house teams

• Maintaining exceptional service standards and creating a memorable guest experience

• Overseeing daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and floor execution

• Monitoring restaurant performance, labor, inventory, and operating costs

• Working closely with culinary leadership to maintain consistency and quality

• Supporting private events, special functions, reservations, and VIP guest experiences

• Helping develop and maintain service standards, procedures, and operating practices

• Coaching and mentoring team members and building a strong leadership pipeline

• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and sound judgment

• Ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulations

• Partnering with hotel and property leadership to create a seamless overall guest experience

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment

• Experience leading teams in a sophisticated, high-expectation service environment

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial performance, labor, inventory, and service standards

• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate managers and front-of-house teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong business acumen and attention to detail

• A polished, professional presence and genuine passion for hospitality

• Ability to remain calm, engaged, and solution-oriented in a demanding operation

• Experience with elevated dining, private events, or hotel food and beverage operations is highly valued
