Bilingual Human Resources Assistant

Our client, a building maintenance company is seeking a bilingual Spanish Human Resources Assistant for a long-term temp position.

• This is a long-term temp position.
• The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm and fully onsite.
• The pay rate is $26.00 per hour.
• The candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist candidates with onboarding paperwork, helping them set up work credentials and helping candidates get to their emails for authentication purposes, as well as loading these employees’ data into an HR Information System.
• Technology functional (email, data entry, troubleshooting etc.)
• Attention to detail and a quick communication style.
• Reception and administrative duties
• Ad hoc projects as needed
