Job Summary
Our Client is seeking Clinic Coordinators to support the efficient operation of clinical services. The Clinic Coordinator will coordinate patient scheduling and clinical activities, maintain accurate patient records, facilitate communication among physicians and medical support staff, and ensure the timely coordination of diagnostic and treatment-related services.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling of clinical services with physicians, dentists, and medical support staff.
- Evaluate clinic activities and recommend new or revised policies, procedures, and operational methods.
- Secure, organize, and maintain accurate patient medical histories and clinical records.
- Provide patients with instructions and information regarding treatments, medications, and clinical procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and other treatment-related disciplines.
- Coordinate the receipt, processing, and availability of patient laboratory results and X-rays.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among clinical staff and other healthcare disciplines.
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination of clinic operations.
- Ensure patient information and documentation are handled accurately and appropriately.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical, healthcare, dental, or medical office environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, dentists, and clinical support staff.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with patient medical records, clinical documentation, laboratory results, and diagnostic reports is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately.
