Warehouse Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our logistics team. In this role, you will manage daily material movement, ensure inventory accuracy, and support our shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate safely operates warehouse equipment, maintains precise records in our inventory system, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently receive, unpack, verify, and store incoming components, materials, and pump products.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage outgoing products for production lines and customer delivery.
• Inventory Control: Utilize warehouse software (such as SAP) and barcode scanners to log material movements and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: Adhere strictly to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and maintain an organized, clean work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing facility.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; experience with ERP/inventory systems (like SAP) is highly preferred.
• Certifications: Current forklift certification or ability to complete on-site certification.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand or walk for long periods during a shift.
