Cashier/Stocker

Position Summary

The Cashier provides friendly and efficient checkout service, ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining accurate cash handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
• Provide product and store information to customers.
• Maintain clean and organized checkout stations.
• Support with bagging, bin resets, and customer assistance.
• Restock bins and shelves throughout the day.
• Move product from warehouse to sales floor safely.
• Assist in store resets and layout changes.
• Maintain organization of back stock and overstock areas.
• Support with light cleaning and safety checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and POS operation skills.
• Reliable and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• 6+ months in retail or warehouse stocking preferred.

Work Environment

• Front-of-store, standing and light lifting required
• Retail and warehouse settings with regular physical activity.
