US Tech Force is hiring a Press Brake Operators for metal fabrication companies in Neenah and Kaukauna.

• 1+ years' experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable but not required.
• Previous experience in press brake operation
• Interest in forming/bending of various metal on a variety of CNC press brakes
• Experience reading blueprints
• Ability and experience meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities.
• Must be very detail oriented and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Action-oriented, customer service-oriented attitude, taking initiative to follow projects and jobs through the production process.
• Must be able to lift 50#
• Contract to hire position
