Maintenance Technician / Lead Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician / Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong multifamily maintenance experience and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of property issues.

Responsibilities:

• Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues.
• Perform apartment make-readies and property inspections.
• Maintain common areas and community grounds.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Lead Tech: Assist with directing, training, and supporting the maintenance team.

Qualifications:

• Apartment/multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
