Bilingual Shop Helper / Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a dependable Bilingual Shop Helper / Warehouse Worker to assist with daily shop and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is comfortable working in an industrial environment and willing to help wherever needed.

Job Duties:

• Assist shop employees with daily production and general labor tasks
• Load and unload materials, parts, and equipment
• Move, stage, organize, and stock materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick and prepare materials for jobs and orders
• Use basic hand and power tools as needed
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and warehouse
• Perform lifting, carrying, cleanup, and other physical labor
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Communicate instructions between English- and Spanish-speaking employees as needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Previous warehouse, shop, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable transportation and good attendance
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to work in a hands-on environment
