Chasing Your Dreams ABA (CYD) is a local, BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in the Davidson County area.
This is a salaried W-2 position with a minimum productivity expectation averaging 25 billable hours per week.

A Caseload Designed to Be Sustainable.
BCBAs are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.:
$2,500 paid on the first paycheck
$2,500 paid after 90 days of successful employment
$2,500 paid after 90 days of successful employment
The ideal candidate is a BCBA who values clinical quality, collaboration, flexibility, and autonomy.
Candidates should possess:
- Current BCBA certification
- Current or eligibility for North Carolina LBA licensure
- Experience supervising BTs/RBTs
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, and other members of the treatment team
- Commitment to ethical, individualized, evidence-based ABA services
