Sales Support Specialist (Seasonal)
Location: Harlingen, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday, potential for overtime
About the Role
The Seasonal Sales Support Specialist supports the Pittman & Davis Sales Team during peak season (October – February). This role assists with order processing, client communication, account support, and administrative tasks to help ensure a smooth experience for gifting clients.
Essential Functions
- Support the Sales Team with day-to-day management of gifting accounts
- Assist with order entry and processing, including preparing customer gift lists for Data Processing
- Communicate with clients regarding orders, payments, updates, receipts, and special requests
- Collect payment information by phone and coordinate with Accounts Receivable as needed
- Process address changes, replacement orders, web order message corrections, and custom gift materials
- Maintain accurate account information, order records, CRM data, and other documentation
- Respond to client inquiries, assist with sales support tasks, and escalate order issues or concerns to the appropriate team member
Education, Experience, & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, during the seasonal period. Due to the short seasonal window, time off is limited during peak season (observed holidays excluded)
