Assistant General Manager for casual restaurant and bar

We're seeking a candidate to join us as our Assistant General Manger in the Denver area! This concept is a rapidly growing, high volume sports bar known for its classic American fare, cocktails, and high energy atmosphere.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role at a fine dining concept
• Proven understanding of FOH operations
• Experience handling labor, financials, scheduling, safety & sanitation, etc.
• High-level leadership and management skills

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Collaborating with GM and/or stepping in to a leadership role when needed
• Ensuring compliance with sanitary and health regulations
• Streamlining the FOH processes to maintain prompt service times
• Working with the EC to develop and maintain the restaurant menu
• Creating schedules for FOH staff
• Assist with monitoring/controlling finances and budgeting
