About the Role:
Brand Name Hotel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team and elevate the guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a well-known branded property and drive operational excellence, team development, and revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage
- Drive revenue performance through strategic pricing, occupancy management, and sales initiatives
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hotel staff
- Ensure brand standards are in compliance across all departments
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores (GSS) and implement service improvement strategies
- Manage hotel financial success overseeing cost controls
- Build relationships with local businesses, corporate accounts, and community partners
- Ensure property compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hotel general management or assistant general management experience
- Prior experience with a branded hotel (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, or similar) strongly preferred
- Proven track record in revenue management and budget oversight
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
