Pay: $33-$35/Hour

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Installer to support a long-term commercial construction project in Fairborn, Ohio. This position is ideal for a dependable tradesperson with extensive experience installing commercial duct systems and HVAC components in new construction and renovation environments.

The right candidate will be comfortable working from blueprints, installing various types of ductwork, and ensuring all HVAC systems are assembled according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Install commercial HVAC ductwork, including both round and rectangular duct systems.

Set and connect VAV boxes and related HVAC components.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings.

Measure, cut, assemble, and secure sheet metal ductwork.

Ensure installations meet project specifications and industry standards.

Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience.

Hands-on experience with:

Round duct installation

Square/rectangular duct installation

VAV box installation

Ability to read and interpret commercial HVAC plans and specifications.

Solid understanding of commercial HVAC construction practices.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
