Position: Canvassing Manager Home Improvement - We are hiring an experienced canvassing manager to lead and grow our door-to-door team. This is a high-earning leadership role offering base salary, commission, and team overrides.
Required Experience:
• Proven canvassing leadership experience in Home Improvement or related industry
• Strong coaching and team management skills
Responsibilities:
• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers.
• Conduct regular meetings and coaching
• Develop and implement canvassing strategies
• Plan neighborhood mappings and route strategies
Compensation:
• Earn $150K-$250K
